mSamex will process withdrawal 3 times a day at 08, 16, and 24 (UTC).
The withdrawal cut-off time will be 30 minutes before the scheduled withdrawal processing time. Please expect your withdrawal to be credited to your wallet within 1-2 hours due to the manual process.
