1.ACCEPTANCE OF TOS

You are at least 18 years of age and have the full capacity to accept these Terms and enter into a transaction involving digital assets. You have not been deprived of the right to use our service and have the full capacity for legal action. If you do not meet the above condition, please do not register on our platform, otherwise, the mSamex may suspend or terminate your account at any time.

Administrator reserves the right to modify these Terms at its sole discretion.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This agreement is made by and between you and the operator of mSamex and has the legal effect of a legal contract. The operator of mSamex means the legal entity that, recognized by law, operates the networking platform.

3. ELIGIBILITY OF REGISTRANTS

3.1) You hereby confirm that you are an individual, legal person or other organization with full capacity for civil rights and civil conducts when you complete the registration or actually use mSamex Service in any other way allowed by mSamex. If you do not have the said capacity, you and your guardian shall undertake all the consequences resulted therefrom, and mSamex shall have the right to cancel or permanently freeze your account, and claims against you and your guardian for compensation.

4. SUSPENSION OF ACCESS

4.2) If any of the above happens, User's account shall be suspended without the right to regain access to the account if the User is found to obstruct and impede the operation of the Service.

5. THIRD PARTY RELATIONSHIPS

5.1) By accepting this Agreement, Users warrant that they are the rightful owners and are entitled to use all Funds and Cryptocurrencies.

5.2) Users trading with third party funds bear sole responsibility to the third party. mSamex is impartial and shall not be liable to any third party for the funds. In the event of any dispute, the Service shall not be a responsible party.

5.3) The Service shall not provide any transaction information to any third parties.

6. RISK WARNING

6.1) Cryptocurrency trading is subject to high market risk. Please make your trades cautiously. You are advised that mSamex is not responsible for your trading losses.

6.2) By accepting these Terms of Use, users assume responsibility for any losses resulting from the use of the Service, and at the same time as accepting these Terms of Use, all funds deposited by the client are the property of mSamex.

6.3) mSamex strives to fully comply with all rules in place for electronic money institutions. mSamex however, is neither registered at nor supervised by Financial Markets Authorities or Central Bank for the services it provides. The Client is aware of this fact and accepts the accompanying risks.

6.4) The Client is aware of and takes full responsibility for the accompanying risks of possessing and using cryptocurrencies. The Client is not entitled to on their funds after any external unexpected behaviors among to mSamex and third unauthorized parties. Among these risks are the lack of any guarantee of value, the preservation of value, and the supervision by government agencies and/or financial authorities.

7.1) Please be aware that all official announcements, news, promotions, competitions, and airdrops will be listed on the announcements.

The account will be blocked for the duration of the investigation into misuse of the account. mSamex maintains the right to suspend any pending transactions for the duration of the investigation. If the legitimacy of the Client and/or the transactions cannot be determined, the right to any outstanding funds may be lost.

9.3) When mSamex is required by law to submit data to the authorities, mSamex will always comply. mSamex will not comply with any unlawful and/or unsubstantiated requests for information or attempts to gather large quantities of undirected information from the authorities.

9.4) The client’s funds may be confiscated with a court order from the authorities.

9.5) The Client gives mSamex permission to do extra screening in addition to requesting the mandatory documentation. This includes requesting publicly available information as well as consulting non-public databases for information concerning identification evidence and political involvement.
